Portrait of A Women
Went to the Gallery of Photography today to see the new work on offer, and came across this gem by Margot Quan Knight. The still moving video is of her mother life. Its a really strong eerie piece. The soundtrack is what adds the drama for me, adding to my reading of the enormity of photography in the world, so much so that this video is able to present us the life of Margot’s mum from 1947...
